Exceptional location, clean luxurious apartment Positive: Absolutely loved this property. Everything was amazing! From a great location, to smooth check-in and friendly staff. Couldn't really fault it, walking distance from the mall! Walid was amazing and made himself available at all times. Negative: Only downside would be the third bedroom, its a tiny box room with no windows or clothes space. Pictures didnt make it super clear when booking! Other than that, it was a perfect place 👌

Positive: The apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen well quipped. Walid welcomed us to the property and helped provided a quick overview of the property on check in. He was very helpful and was quick to respond to all queries. All bedrooms has its own bathroom and there is a washing machine and clothes dryer. The view of the Burj Khalifa is amazing including surrounding areas. We would sit on the balcony for hours just enjoying it. Negative: Public transport access was not easy to get to...about a 25min walk away. The shower in the smallest room is not enclosed...currently when used water is all over the toilet and floor. I would suggest the shower be enclosed to make it more usable. We didn't use this shower for this reason.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Walid was an excellent guest manager — always prompt and helpful whenever we requested extra amenities. The apartment itself was spotless, with fresh bedsheets and towels prepared for our arrival. Everything felt professionally cleaned and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and pleasant, yet conveniently located — just about a 20-minute walk to Dubai Mall. We’d definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again Negative: The shampoo and body wash provided initially was insufficient and the crew / -Walid had to send more over. It would be good if they can provide more than 1 hair dryer.

Positive: Walid was a great host, helped us with everything in demand; quick and efficient. Very friendly. The property was cool with a great view.
